The new website provides a private "committee only" area for collaborating on various aspects of the convention; topics can be grouped together on their website discussion list, allowing topics to be organized for reference, versus e-mails that aren't delivered reliably and which allows threads of conversation to be lost. As details are worked out, program schedules and other details are posted to the public areas of the website to help promote the convention.
